Holding Your Ground Training is your chance to practice what matters in a space built for honest women. Across virtual or in-person formats, you'll learn to stand firm in your values - even when challenged by doubt, criticism, or overwhelming pressure. This is not surface-level confidence and values workshop content. It's a hands-on environment, rooted in real research and my own decades of navigating personal setbacks and quiet victories. Participants consistently report a deeper sense of self-belief and a new ability to carry boundaries into the relationships and situations that test them most. Whether you join online for a half-day or commit to a full in-person day, every session provides tools to quietly, steadily build habit-forming resilience. Sessions are tailored to address holding your ground training in California and equip women to move beyond outdated scripts of self-abandonment.
